Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of your order as well as the delivery address. For an accurate shipping quote:

  • Add Items to Cart: Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart.
  • View Charges: The shipping cost calculator will display the total cost for delivery to your specified location.

The final shipping charges will be displayed on your checkout page before you proceed to payment, ensuring you know exactly how much shipping will cost. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery Timeframes

We offer reliable and affordable delivery services to all metro and regional locations within Australia, including Tasmania. Currently, we only ship within the domestic territory and do not offer international shipping services.

  • Standard Delivery: Orders typically take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your destination and chosen shipping method.

Shipping times may vary due to weather conditions, holiday peaks, or other uncontrollable factors. We strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly.

Delivery Instructions

Your order will be delivered on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during business hours (8am-6pm). During checkout, you can provide special delivery instructions in the comment box. While we will strive to meet your requests, not all instructions may be feasible.

Receiving Your Delivery

If you are not home when the courier attempts to deliver your order, they will leave a calling card with details for arranging a re-delivery. The courier will attempt delivery. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange another delivery (at an additional cost) or a refund of the order value, less any incurred delivery costs.

Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the logistics company’s website.

Please Note: All orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We cannot deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
